DMCA Policy
Go Play PC respects intellectual property rights and complies with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. §512. Our policy is to respond promptly to valid notices of alleged infringement and to remove or disable access to infringing material.
1) Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice
To request removal of allegedly infringing material hosted on or linked from our Site, send an email to andybroad04@gmail.com with the subject “DMCA Notice – Go Play PC.” Your notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (URL and description);
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone, and email);
- A statement that you have a good‑faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
2) Counter‑Notification
If your material was removed in error or misidentification, you may send a counter‑notice to andybroad04@gmail.com containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal (URL);
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good‑faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification; and
- Your name, address, telephone, and email, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Pakistan, and will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice or their agent.
Upon receiving a valid counter‑notice, we may restore the material within a reasonable time, unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain you.
3) Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to disable or terminate accounts or access for repeat infringers where appropriate.
4) Non‑U.S. Rights Owners
If you are outside the U.S., you may still use this process or follow your local law’s equivalent notice‑and‑takedown mechanism.
